Wausau– The Assumption Royals gave up just two hits and two runs in their Marawood-South contest against Newman on Thursday and pounded out 11 runs of their own to claim another big victory.
Assumption jumped out to a 3-0 lead after two innings, but Newman fought back for two runs in the third to tighten things up.
