Wausau — After a flurry of makeup games brought most of the Wisconsin Valley Conference girls soccer teams past the midway point of the conference season over the last several days, the top half of the table has a familiar look.

Four-time champion D.C. Everest leads the pack with 21 points and a 7-0 record, followed by Wisconsin Rapids at 18 points and 6-1.
