ANTIGO — A 19-year-old Schofield woman accused of stabbing another teen in the stomach is being held in the Langlade County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond, according to court records.

Reva Waukau faces charges in Langlade County Circuit Court of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, reckless endangerment, aggravated battery and disorderly conduct, according to court records. The charges, filed May 15, stem from an April 15 altercation at the Wolf River Inn in the town of Wolf River, according to the criminal complaint.

Police allege Waukau challenged an 18-year-old woman to a fist fight, then stabbed her in the stomach. Two friends of the victim rushed her to a Shawano hospital where she was treated for a three-inch-wide stab wound, according to the complaint.

Waukau faces more than 60 years in prison if she is convicted on all charges. Future court dates have not been set.
