WAUSAU — HEALTHFIRST, formerly Family Planning Health Services Inc, will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28 to celebrate their new branding at 719 North Third Avenue. The ribbon cutting will be followed by an open house open to the public until 7 p.m.
“We are taking the quality services that you have come to know and appreciate and adding a new mark!” said Jessica Scharfenberg, Executive Director. The organization is under new leadership and has a new direction aimed to offer an even higher quality of care. HEALTHFIRST has a renewed dedication to provide the best WIC and reproductive health services in the area.
The HEALTHFIRST leadership office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Friday. The reproductive health program is open Monday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The hours for WIC are Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and closed on Friday.
