WAUSAU — A 26-year-old Mosinee woman is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old employee she supervised at a fast food restaurant.

Brittney Dzwonkowski of Mosinee faces felony charges filed May 19 in Marathon County Circuit Court of child enticement, exposing a child to harmful material and exposing genitals to a child. A misdemeanor charge of having sex with a child age 16 or older was also filed, court records show.

Officials on May 23 issued a warrant for Dzwonkowski’s arrest. She was taken into custody June 5 and appeared in court on Tuesday, June 6.

According to the criminal complaint:

Dzwonkowski, a shift manager at a Wausau fast food restaurant, had sex with the 16-year-old employee on several occasions in December. The alleged victim told police he tried to end the relationship, but Dzwonkowski continued to try contacting him through social media.

None of the alleged contacts took place at the restaurant, according to the police report.

Dzwonkowski, who is free on a $20,000 signature bond, faces up to 32 years in prison if she is convicted on all counts. A pretrial conference is set for June 20.
