MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Badgers will travel to Virginia in November to take on the Cavaliers in this year’s Big Ten/ACC Challenge.

The matchups for the made-for-TV event were announced Thursday. Dates and times were not announced.

It will be the first time Wisconsin coach Greg Gard and his Virginia counterpart Tony Bennett have faced each other as head coaches. Gard and Bennett served together as assistant coaches at Wisconsin on the Badgers’ 2002 and 2003 Big Ten championship teams.

Virginia beat Wisconsin 60-54 at the Kohl Center in the 2012 Challenge, and the Badgers beat the Cavaliers 48-38 in Charlottesville, Virginia, the following season.
