WAUSAU — The Wausau School Board has named an interim superintendent for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year.
Dr. Michael Schwei, currently the PK-12 director of curriculum, will assume the role July 1, according to a Wausau School District news release. Dr. Kathleen Williams, who has served as superintendent of schools since 2010, will step down June 30.
