WAUKESHA, Wis. (AP) — Bond is set at $1 million for a man accused of killing a Good Samaritan who was helping a motorist along Interstate 94 in Waukesha County.

Records show 37-year-old Frank Schiller was free on a signature bond for a fifth drunken driving charge when he struck and killed 48-year-old Peter Enns who was helping another driver change a flat tire near Delafield Saturday.

Two other vehicles that swerved to avoid the crash were also involved in an accident. Schiller has open cases in Milwaukee, Washington and Waukesha counties involving drugs or alcohol.

His defense attorney did not immediately return a call for comment.
