TOWN OF BRADLEY — One person is in custody following a weekend stabbing in the town of Bradley, according to a Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department news release.
WJFW-TV reports 24-year-old Cody Jenson of Tomahawk is in the Lincoln County Jail on attempted homicide charges. Ben Meyer of WJFW reports the a fight over a woman as the possible motive in the stabbing, which was reported at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
One person was transported to Aspirus Wausau Hospital for treatment. His name and condition has not been released.
Police believe the stabbing was an isolated incident and the community is not in danger.
The suspect is expected to appear at 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 17 for an initial appearance in Lincoln County Circuit Court.
