Weeks after announcing a $19 million expansion of its facilities in Schofield and Mosinee, Wisconsin, Greenheck Group announced it will also be constructing a new campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The new location will build on the existing manufacturing and distribution capabilities for several of the company’s products and brands, and will be strategically located to complement the company’s operations in Wisconsin and elsewhere across the U.S. and abroad. The decision to expand to the south-central part of the country supports Greenheck Group’s continued growth and market leadership. Greenheck’s Tulsa location will allow the company to better service a growing roster of customers across the country.

“As our customer base continues to grow, it’s critical that we grow our operations here in Wisconsin and beyond to support those customers,” said Jim McIntyre, CEO of Greenheck Group. “Providing best-in-class service to our customers is at the heart of what we do and is rooted in our Midwestern values that drive the culture of the company whether in Wisconsin, Oklahoma, or at our other locations.”

The company plans to break ground later this year and be operational at their first two facilities by the summer of 2018. Initially, the location on Tulsa’s northeast side will include manufacturing operations and distribution for Greenheck Group’s Accurex brand of commercial kitchen ventilation systems and its Greenheck Tempered Air Products (TAP) line.

Greenheck Group’s new presence in Tulsa is expected to create 75 jobs in 2018 with that number expected to significantly rise as the vision for the location becomes a reality over the next five years. The Accurex facility will be the first to open next summer followed closely by the TAP facility in the fall of 2018. The vision is that additional facilities to support other Greenheck Group brands and product lines will establish a Tulsa presence as growth needs dictate.
