TOWN OF PRESTON — Adams County officials are asking the public’s help in finding a 33-year-old man last seen nearly a week ago.
Isaac V. Salinas is a Hispanic man who is about 5’10” and 220 pounds. The last time Salinas was seen was at around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 11 at his home in the 1900 block of Hwy. 13 in the town of Preston, according to police. Preston is just outside the village of Friendship in Adams County.
Salinas was last seen wearing a red and black pair of Jordan shoes and could have been wearing black or dark colored shorts.
