WAUSAU — A 13-year-old Wausau girl has been missing for three weeks, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Kassandra Yang is described as 5 feet tall, 90 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes. She was reported missing at 5:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 6, and police say she could be with an adult man and could have headed to Minnesota.
