SARATOGA — One woman is dead after a two-car crash Thursday in Saratoga, according to the Wood County Sheriff’s Department.
The crash happened around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of Pine Haven Court and Ranger Road. An initial investigation shows the woman failed to stop at a stop sign, crashing into a pickup, police said.
Saratoga is about six miles south of Wisconsin Rapids.
The woman died at an area hospital shortly after the crash, according to police. The driver of the pickup was not injured.
No names have been released.
