WAUSAU — First Weber Group – Larkin Group will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony and groundbreaking at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 30.
The event will mark the beginning of Wausau’s first rowhouse development and will be held at the corner of Third Street and Short Street, near the Riverlife project on the east side of the Wisconsin River.
The first phase of this project will include ten individually sold two- and three-bedroom townhomes, each approximately 1,400 square feet in size. The project will offer one- and two-story urban-styled housing with off-alley garages and pocket yards behind each unit. First Weber Group – Larkin Group will serve as the realtors for this project.
The rowhouses will be built by Blenker Companies Inc.
