WAUSAU — A 39-year-old Wausau man serving a sentence for failing to report to jail is wanted again, after walking away from the Marathon County Jail more than seven weeks ago.

Scott R. Krueger was released Nov. 7 on a pass for childcare and to fill out a job application, according to Marathon County Crime Stoppers. As of today, Krueger has not returned to the jail.

Krueger last appeared Oct. 20 in Marathon County Circuit Court, where Judge LaMont Jacobson sentenced him to nine months in jail with Huber release privileges on the combined charges of failing to report to jail, retail theft and a sex registry violation.

Police describe Krueger as a white man who is 5’8? tall weighing 210 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has multiple tattoos including a pitchfork on his right middle finger and interconnecting rings and praying hands above his left wrist.

Anyone with information about Krueger’s whereabouts should call Marathon County Crime Stoppers at 877-408-8777. Tips can be submitted online at www.marathoncountycrimestoppers.org or by using the P3 Tips App, available in the Apple Store and on Google Play.
