MILWAUKEE (AP) — Two Wisconsin men are facing charges of fifth offense operating while intoxicated.
WTMJ-TV reports that a 43-year-old man was arrested after crashing his SUV into a tree in Racine Count about 12:20 p.m. Friday. The man ran into the woods where was arrested by Racine County deputies. He is facing charges of fifth offense OWI, operating without a license and several other traffic citations.
WEAU-TV reports that a Menomonie man was pulled over on Interstate 94 in Eau Claire County about 10 p.m. Friday. The 44-year-old driver was arrested for fifth offense OWI after failing field sobriety tests.
