Police say 15-year-old Kasey Vang could be human trafficking victim

BELLEVUE — Police are ramping up their search for a missing 15-year-old Wisconsin girl, a suspected victim of human trafficking.
Kasey M. Vang was reported missing on Jan. 11 from Bellevue, a community in Brown County, police said. According to the Brown County Sheriff’s Department, Vang was last seen Saturday in Milwaukee accompanied by her younger sister, who has since returned home.
“Kasey is believed to be a victim of human trafficking by an unknown adult male,” the sheriff’s office said in a news release Monday.
