Letter to the Editor: McElhaney is a dedicated, hardworking council member

Dear Editor:

I wholeheartedly endorse Becky McElhaney for the Wausau City Council District 6 seat. Having known her both personally, as a leader of our neighbor group and in the community, I can state without reservation that she is well-qualified to continue to represent us on the City Council. My reasons are many, but the following make Becky an excellent city representative:

She is a committed, hardworking, and sensitive community leader. Becky worked tirelessly for over a year in helping us successfully advocate for the addition of an outdoor ice rink on the city’s east side. Our neighborhoods know her diligence and successes in working with residents from diverse backgrounds. She will challenge the status quo. Becky has proven to be extremely qualified for re-election.

On Tuesday, April 3^rd, I highly recommend voting for incumbent Becky McElhaney, the superior choice.
