WESTON — Marathon Ginseng International will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at noon on Friday, May 11 at 4613 Camp Phillips Road. The event, which is open to invited guests, will mark the completion of renovations.

Marathon Ginseng International celebrated their eighth anniversary on April 19. The company was founded in 2010 by partners Ming Tao Jiang, MD, PhD and Col. David Monk and specializes in premium Wisconsin ginseng production, distribution, research and education. The company takes pride in providing premium products with personalized services to members around the globe.

The recent renovations at the Marathon Ginseng International facility includes a new product showroom and a conference room. The conference room will be used when visitors and large tour groups visit the facility, offering a place to learn about cultivated and wild ginseng, review products and watch an educational video. The new product showroom also serves as a small retail outlet in which customers can purchase Wisconsin ginseng.
