MOSINEE – S.C. Swiderski, a construction and real estate investment company, announced the promotion of Fay Harder to chief financial officer for the company and its subsidiaries. Fay joined the company in 2011 and served most recently as director of operations.

In her new role, Harder will focus on developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with ownership on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, revenue forecasting needs and the securing of new funding for future construction projects along with the maintenance of the existing loan portfolio. She also handles financial governance and risk management across the spectrum of financial operations for S.C. Swiderski and its subsidiaries.

Harder holds a degree in accounting and is a certified public account with more than 25 years of industry experience.
