WAUSAU – The Wisconsin Department of Transportation North Central Region has announced the springtime posted road weight restrictions will be lifted at noon Tuesday, May 8, on the following highways:

  • Highway 52, Marathon County, from Elm Road to the Shawano County line
  • Highway 52, Shawano County, from the Marathon County line to US 45
  • Highway 52, Langlade County, from WIS 55 to the north Langlade County line
  • Highway 52, Forest County, from the south Forest County line to Smith Road
  • Highway 54, Wood County, from the west Wood County line to Highway 80
  • Highway 54, Wood County, from the south intersection with Highway 80 to one mile west of the intersection with Highway 73
  • Highway 107, Marathon County, from Marathon County A to the Lincoln County line
  • Highway 107, Lincoln County, from the Marathon County line to Highway 64
  • Highway 107, Lincoln County, from Matthew’s Road to Lincoln County Highway S
  • Highway 153, Marathon County, from Marathon County Highway J to the Shawano County line
  • Highway 153, Shawano County, from the Marathon County line to Highway 45
  • Highway 173, Wood County, from the north intersection with Highway 80 to Wood County Highway G
