WAUSAU — Artwork from 114 artists from around the globe will be included in the 43rd annual “Birds in Art” flagship exhibition, on view Sept. 8 through Nov. 25, at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum.
The artists were among 575 who submitted 904 artworks for consideration by a three-person jury, according to a Woodson news release.
This year’s exhibition includes 2018 Master Artist Cindy House and 21 who were named Master Artists during previous “Birds in Art” exhibitions.
“Birds in Art,” presents original paintings, sculptures and graphics created within the last three years by worldwide artists.
