WAUSAU – A Wausau woman was injured Sunday while leaping from a second floor window as crews battled an apartment fire on the city’s east east side.
The apartment complex is on 10th Street near the intersection of Young Street.
Flames could be seen shooting from the roof as smoke billowed from the building.
There’s no word yet on what caused the blaze and the extent of the woman’s injuries has not yet been specified.
