KRONENWETTER — An apartment garage and vehicle were heavily damaged in a fire that broke out early Monday in Kronenwetter, according to fire officials.
Crews were called at about 2:30 a.m. to a report of a blaze at the Timber Creek Apartment complex, 938 Kronenwetter Dr., where they found flames and heavy smoke pouring from a garage. Several departments were called in to assist in fighting the blaze, which was contained to the garage.
Officials say the garage and a pickup parked inside the structure were destroyed in the blaze. The cause remains under investigation on Monday.
No injuries were reported.
