Joleta: I stay in touch on a weekly basis via email of showings and market changes as well as if we are under contract, I follow up daily with the process.

Joleta: I have a great secretarial staff at my office that helps with showings and getting feedback as well as handling docs at times needed and input of items I need to help me with time crunches. They are available almost all the time. Very helpful.

Joleta: I am an on demand realtor who works every day. My clients and customers can always get in contact with me when needed. I pay for better marketing for my listings as well and have a good presence on Social Media as well as the internet to help homes sell faster. I am down to earth and easy to talk to and my customer/client relationships are at the heart of what I do every day.

Joleta: Every home is different. Less clutter helps and staging a clean home is great as well. Vacant homes sell well too since you can see the entire home. I look at each one and help with suggestions prior to listing. All types of things can help.

Joleta: Because I do real estate every day, I stay on top of the market changes and homes for sale etc. I compare the homes I list with those homes and take into account many things to make sure each home is priced right to sell and make the most money for them
