STEVENS POINT — Learn more about the Supreme Court on Constitution Day, today, Monday, Sept. 17, at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

A free public lecture, “Getting to the Supreme Court,” will be presented at 4 p.m. in Room 101 of Collins Classroom Center by political science professor John Blakeman. He will discuss the U.S. Constitution and Supreme Court appointments.

Blakeman has taught at UW-Stevens Point since 2003. He coordinates the American Studies major and advises the Pre-Law student organization. He has served as the Katz Distinguished Faculty Member and has led study abroad programs in Poland, England and France. He has authored and co-authored several works on the constitution, Supreme Court and federal issues.
