MARSHFIELD — This health system provides more than health care. Trucking company Roehl Transport, Inc. now is a tenant in the Marshfield Clinic Health System data center. Roehl signed a colocation services agreement to use the health system’s top tier data center.

Marshfield Clinic Health System owns and operates an Uptime Institute Tier III certified data center to support its health care operations.

“Our Health System’s mission is to enrich lives to create healthy communities. This partnership is valuable to both organizations, but also Marshfield, keeping business and jobs within our community,” said Denise Webb, Marshfield Clinic Heath System chief information officer, in a Marshfield Clinic Health System news release.

Roehl joins AE Business Solutions of Madison and WIN of Eau Claire as tenants in the data center. Marshfield Clinic Health System provides colocation services to keep technology assets safe and secure 24/7/365.

“We have very high expectations for our data center provider, and the high-caliber facility owned and operated by Marshfield Clinic Health System is a great fit,” John Paape, vice president of technology at Roehl, in the news release. “In the transportation and logistics business, system availability for our customers and employees throughout the U.S. is critical for our success. The colocation agreement with the health system is an important component in our overall technology delivery strategy.”
