Ocasio, who has family in the Milwaukee area, has not had contact with any family members since he departed. Two cell phones in Ocasio’s name were last used the day he disappeared and have since been turned off. Ping data from the phones showed that they were last used in the city of Ashland on Sept. 23.

Ocasio’s wife cautioned police that her husband had prior ties with the Spanish Cobras gang in the Milwaukee area. Police are asking residents statewide to be on the lookout for Ocasio and his vehicle.

Anyone with information should call Ashland Police Lt. Scott Morland at 715-682-7023.
