Marathon County Crime Stoppers is seeking a suspect who is believed to have cloned a credit card and used it multiple times in the Wausau area, and is asking for the public’s help identifying him.

On Oct. 5, the victim of this crime contacted law enforcement relating their credit card number had been used in various places in the Wausau area. The victim told the officers their credit card never left their possession.

The credit card was used at the in the early morning hours of Oct. 4 at Walmart in Rib Mountain, according to police. The card was then used the next day at Harbor Freight Tools, Weston Family Dollar, Weston Goodwill, Kwik Trip at 6th Street and East Wausau Avenue, and an Exxon-Mobil gas station.

The suspect is a white man believed to be between 5’10” and 6’ tall weighing around 190 pounds. He has multiple tattoos on his right forearm which are believed to be a grenade or microphone.
