The EMPD Blue Hearts 2019 calendar that highlights Marathon County first responders and images from experiences at National Police Week in Washington, D.C., in May is now for sale.
The images are those taken by professional photographers from across the nation during the AD1274 photography conference that was organized and sponsored by Dave Junion of Junion Photography in April 2018. In addition, the calendar images from National Police Week were taken by Junion when he accompanied officers, their family members and loved ones of the late Everest Metro Police Department Detective Jason Weiland on the trip.
The calendars are for sale at various businesses in the Wausau area, local law enforcement offices and online. Profits of the calendars will go directly toward the group’s mission.
