LINCOLN COUNTY — Callers to 911 on Verizon cell phones are once again reaching dispatchers Thursday after an hours-long disruption, officials said.
Callers were reaching a message that said the number was not in service.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department issued a notice at about 2:15 p.m. that 911 service has been restored for Verizon customers.
