WAUSAU — The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, or WHEDA, will announce the details and benefits of its new HomeStyle Renovation program at 2 p.m. Oct. 29 at the site of a home renovation project by the city of Wausau.
The event will be held at 1215 Prospect Ave. in Wausau.
The program allows home buyers to buy and renovate a home with a single mortgage, according to a WHEDA news release.
