Parking stall closures, traffic shifts expected in Wausau

WAUSAU — Drivers will see some parking stall and driving lane closures in Wausau this week as crews make concrete repairs downtown.

Westbound traffic on Scott Street will be reduced to two lanes and shifted to the north between Fourth and Sixth Streets during the first phase and shifted south for phase two, according to a Department of Public Works release.

Fifth Street will be reduced to two lanes north of Scott Street and the right turn lane onto Scott Street will be shifted during the project.

Work is expected to begin Monday, Oct. 29 and run through Friday, Nov. 2, depending on weather.Scott St Concrete Repair – Traffic Map 10-26-18
