WAUSAU — Wisconsin Public Radio’s “Route 51”  focuses on Wisconsin’s 72nd Assembly District race at 10 a.m. Nov. 1.

Incumbent Republican Scott Krug, Nekoosa, and Democrat David Gorski, Wisconsin Rapids, will discuss issues facing the district with WPR’s Rick Reyer. The 72nd Senate District is primarily rural and includes much of Adams and Waushara counties, with small parts of Wood and Portage counties. District communities include the cities of Wisconsin Rapids and Wautoma, the village of Richfield and the city of Nekoosa. The general election will be held Nov. 6.
