WAUSAU — The Homme Heights, Forest Park Village Campus will hold a ribbon-cutting and dedication event for its newly expanded fitness room in November.
The ribbon-cutting will be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 15 at Forest Park Village, 2901 N. Seventh St., Wausau, with the dedication to follow.
As a provider of services to older adults in the Wausau community, Forest Park Village embraces the concept of creating and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle through the aging process. The organization has long had a fitness room and weekly exercise classes. This recent project expanded the fitness room, however, and added new equipment that is user-friendly for the older exerciser.
