STEVENS POINT — The Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra continues its 70th season with “Holiday With Cantus” on Dec. 1 and 2.

Under the direction of Patrick Miles, Cantus and CWSO will perform a host of holiday favorites. Also featured on the program is the 2018 winner of Betty Frost Jenkins Concerto Competition, Benjamin Bates, 17, who has been studying cello since the age of 4.

Cantus is an eight-member male vocal a cappella ensemble based in Minneapolis.

The concerts will be held at the Sentry Theater, 1800 Northpoint Drive, Stevens Point. The Dec. 1 performance will be held at 7:30 p.m. and the Dec. 2 performance will be held at 4 p.m. Entertainment at intermission, “A Truly Tuba Christmas,” will be provided by the UW-Stevens Point Low Brass Department under the direction of Patrick Lawrence.
