WAUSAU — During the week of Nov. 12-18, the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin will join nearly 800 community foundations across America celebrating Community Foundation Week.

As such, the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin will host the Wisconsin Philanthropy Network for the Wisconsin Gives Report Forum, which will be held at 10 a.m. Nov. 15 at the Dudley Building, 500 First St., Wausau. WPN will present information on national and regional philanthropy, while deepening the understanding of Wisconsin charitable giving and giving trends. You can register for the event at cfoncw.org. Seating is limited.

Community Foundation Week, created in 1989 by former president George H.W. Bush, recognizes the work of community foundations in America and their collaborative approach to working with the public, private and nonprofit sectors to address community opportunities.
