PLOVER, Wis. — The Wisconsin Crime Alert Network has issued a statewide alert seeking a Plover woman they say is missing and possibly endangered.

Police say Jodi K. Biser, 55, left for work at about noon on Nov. 29 but about an hour later appears to have driven herself to the area of Plover Road and Hoover Avenue in Plover. She is now missing.

Police say Biser, who has a brother in Bayfield County, struggles with mental health issues and did not take her medications with her when she disappeared. She was last seen wearing glasses and a pink jacket over a blue shirt and was observed driving a 2018 black Honda Accord bearing Wis. license plat 181-GXT. She appeared to be alone in her vehicle, according to bank surveillance footage, some of which is posted below.

Biser is described as a white female about 5’5? tall with brown hair and green eyes. Her hair is short and wavy.
