This weekend the Man of Honor Society distributed hundreds of hams to local veterans in Wausau, the 10th year the organization has offered the service.
The group purchased 700 hams for the giveaway, which happened Saturday at the former VFW building, 388 River Drive, Wausau. The organization is open to all U.S. Military Veterans, active duty, or reserve. For information about the Man of Honor Society, visit their website or Facebook page.
