Volunteer emergency personnel wanted. Are you a first responder, EMT, ambulance driver or firefighter who can donate time to the Hatley Fire and Ambulance District? The ideal person has a Wisconsin license and lives on the east side of Marathon County (village of Hatley, Reid, Bevent, Elderon and Norrie) or is willing to sit at the station if he or she lives further away. Lifeline installer.  Go into the home of elderly and disabled people throughout Marathon County to install Philips Lifeline equipment. Show the subscriber how to use their personal help button and Lifeline unit. Basic knowledge of electrical and phone equipment, a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and willingness to troubleshoot issues is necessary.
