WAUSAU — Peoples State Bank has announced 10 promotions at the Wausau-based financial service company this week.
Michelle Lewens has been promoted to officer, commercial banking, Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Lewens has consistently displayed the bank’s core values through her hard work and leadership in executing the bank’s commercial documentation system. In addition, Lewens has been instrumental in implementing the commercial compliance plan.
Andrea Sasman has been promoted to assistant vice president, mortgage loan originator, Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Since joining Peoples in 2016, Sasman has become one of the top producing mortgage lenders.
Janene Ball has been promoted to officer, retail mortgage operations manager, Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Joining the bank in mid-2018, Ball has provided leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to the mortgage processing team.
Vicki Mauritz has been promoted to officer, Rib Mountain branch manager, Wausau – Rib Mountain location. Mauritz’s leadership and skills have enhanced the customer service team at the Peoples State Bank Rib Mountain location.
Kayeng Moua has been promoted to officer, senior personal banker, Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Moua joined Peoples in 2005 as a personal banker and has advanced her career in a steady fashion, now seen as a leader at the bank and the community.
Jacklyn Hamann has been promoted to officer, customer service representative supervisor/auditor, Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Hamann has become a crucial part of Peoples’ compliance, security and leadership team.
Lisa Gilles has been promoted to officer, loan processing and servicing, Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Joining the bank in mid-2018, Gilles has implemented many efficiencies and workflow improvements in the loan servicing department.
Ben Bowman has been promoted to assistant vice president, information technology, Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Over the past two years, Bowman has been a critical resource in the bank’s information technology department.
Kevin Daniels has been promoted to senior analyst – network administrator, Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. Daniels has become an integral part of the Peoples information technology department, making numerous improvements to its data systems and network technology, phone systems, servers and cybersecurity readiness.
Ron Aderholdt has been promoted to operations manager – facilities, Wausau – Stewart Avenue location. As operations manager of facilities, Aderholdt will focus on the bank’s physical security and facilities management practices.
