Wausau Pilot and Review
WAUSAU — A pedestrian who was struck Saturday by a vehicle is in critical condition, law enforcement sources say.
The person was struck at about 5 p.m. on Grand Avenue at Henrietta Street by a southbound vehicle, according to the Wausau Police Department.
Officials have not specified the age or gender of the victim, who was taken to Aspirus Wausau Hospital for treatment
The driver of the vehicle is cooperating with police. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, police said.
The crash remains under investigation by the Wausau Police Department.
