Police seek info on Schofield hit-and-run driver

in Sirens

Marathon County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help to find the person who hit a parked vehicle and left the scene in the city of Schofield.

At about 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 30, a Dodge Magnum was parked on the side of Moreland Avenue in front of the vehicle owner’s home. A vehicle struck the back of the Dodge and the driver fled the scene.

A witness is describing the striking vehicle as a dark green “boxy-type” Jeep, according to Marathon County Crime Stoppers. Some vehicle parts were left at the scene.

Anyone with information about this hit and run crash or with information on any other crimes should contact Marathon County Crime Stoppers.
