WAUSAU — Peoples State Bank employees — more than 170 — volunteered 8,010 hours to nonprofits, churches, schools and other community organizations in 2018, the bank announced this week.

“Volunteering is part of the Peoples culture,” said Scott Cattanach, president and CEO of
Peoples State Bank in a news release. “As a community bank, our customers are also our friends and neighbors and we work together to make our communities better places to live and work.”
