Aspirus Hospice Patient/Family Support (Home Care). Volunteers provide emotional support to patients and their families as they give respite to caregivers and read, walk or sit with patients. Contact Samantha at 715-847-2424 or [email protected].

GiGi’s Playhouse: Help for upcoming events. Help raise awareness and money for a new Down Syndrome Achievement Center in our area! A fundraiser dance and a beer and comedy event will be held soon. Volunteers will be needed to help with set up, registration and other roles. Contact Erica at [email protected].

Volunteer emergency personnel wanted. Are you a first responder, EMT, ambulance driver or firefighter who can donate time to the Hatley Fire and Ambulance District? The ideal person has a Wisconsin license and lives on the east side of Marathon County. Training and certification is provided for some positions. Contact Terri at 715-571-6886.

In-kind donated items needed

Office supplies, step stools and extension ladder. The Marathon County Historical Society would appreciate donations of copy paper, light vellum card stock, labels, pens/pencils and tape. They are also looking for step stools and ladders. Contact Janet at 715-842-5750 or [email protected].
