WAUSAU —The Marathon County AOD Partnership will host this week a special screening of the documentary “Written Off,” which chronicles a young man from northern Wisconsin who struggles with addiction.

Immediately following the Jan. 29 screening, the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin will provide overdose prevention training, where participants are eligible to receive two free doses (nasal) of the life-saving opiate reversal medication, Narcan.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at North Central Health Care Theater, 1100 Lakeview Drive, Wausau.

Pre-registration is requested, but not required. This event will be repeated on March 6.
