Stevens Point– The D.C. Everest Evergreens got 28 points from Zion Turner as they beat SPASH in overtime on Friday night.

Turner led an Evergreens’ attack that saw four players break in to double figures.

Keaton Edwards had 14 points for Everest, Alec Studemann added 13 and Bryan Halambeck scored 11.

Evan Vollendorf of SPASH led all scorers with 35 points.

Nolan Blair had 17 for SPASH and Travis Johnson added 14.

Everest took a 38-34 lead into halftime, but SPASH evened things up with a 43-39 advantage in the second half.

The Evergreens outscored the Panthers 12-8 in overtime.
