MADISON — The Wisconsin Economic Development Association unanimously elected Dawn Follendorf, Community Reinvestment Officer for River Valley Bank in Wausau, to its board of directors, the economic development group announced today.
The election took place at WEDA’s annual meeting on Feb. 7.
“It is an honor to support WEDA’s critical mission of enhancing economic development in Wisconsin as a newly elected board member,” Follendorf said in a Wisconsin Economic Development Association news release. “I am particularly excited to assist WEDA as it continues to build momentum behind the CRA-Network of Wisconsin, a new service designed to connect community and economic development projects with potential funders.”
WEDA is a statewide trade association with more than 450 members, including economic development professionals, businesses and other organizations dedicated to growing the economy and making Wisconsin a better place to live, work and do business.
