STEVENS POINT — Mosinee native Bonnie Cortright is the new inside sales coordinator at the DigiCOPY corporate office in Stevens Point, working on behalf of co-workers in all eight locations across Wisconsin.
Cortright, who began her new role on Feb. 1, is no stranger to DigiCOPY. For the past four years, she worked as the on-site supervisor at Liberty Mutual in Wausau, where DigiCOPY managed the on-campus print shop, according to a DigiCOPY news release. Previously, Cortright spent 10 years at OfficeMax, climbing to the position of customer service manager.
Cortright’s duties as inside sales coordinator include lead generation for the DigiCOPY sales team, maintaining the customer/prospect database, specialty product ordering, monthly service quality calls to customers, supporting account representatives and customer service representatives and coordinating all web communication.
“I am a firm believer in great customer service, because without our customers, we would not have a job,” Cortright said in a DigiCOPY news release. “I want to provide customer service that I would like to have provided to me. That is why I have come to love working for DigiCOPY, they are a great family-friendly company, who cares about their customers and their co-workers and families.”
