WAUSAU — All city meetings scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 12 at Wausau City Hall are canceled and will be rescheduled, according to Wausau Mayor Rob Mielke.
“Due to the heavy amount of blowing snow coming our way tonight, and for the overall safety of everyone, effective at 12-Noon, I have just cancelled the meetings scheduled for tonight at City Hall,” Mielke wrote, in an email to Wausau Pilot and Review.
Tonight’s meetings are tentatively rescheduled for next Tuesday, Feb. 19, at the same time: Finance at 5:15 p.m., Committee of the Whole at 5:45 p.m. and City Council at 7 p.m., Mielke said.
The Plan Commission and Economic Development that had been scheduled for next Tuesday will be shifted to Wednesday, Feb. 20.
